Short Course Series: Lean Enterprise Transformation

The Lean Enterprise Transformation Series is intended to provide attendees with complete background information and understanding of lean. It covers not only traditional lean manufacturing concepts, but also includes a complete view of lean opportunities for the entire enterprise. Specialized topics focus on product and process development, lean costing and office processes.

These courses are fast-paced and both theory and practice-oriented, suitable for company executives, directors, and upper level managers who must fully buy-in and embrace the lean concepts to sustain an enterprise-wide lean transformation and continuous improvement. These courses are also very beneficial for mid-level managers, supervisors, and engineers who will lead teams to transform their organizations and functions to support and sustain the grand lean enterprise objectives.

Public offerings of these courses will be announced on our website. We will also come to your facility and offer a course for your organization. To find out about upcoming courses or to schedule a course, please contact us at camls@utsa.edu or 210-458-6773.
