On-line Registration is now open through UTSA Extended Education web service: http://utsa.edu/ee/

Group Discount:

• A 10% discount is available for (1) 3 or more from the same organization and (2) Current UTSA student/staff.

To Register for Group Discount:

• Select the course and create account in the online registration system: http://utsa.edu/ee/
• Specify your organization under the “Firm” field
• In “Payment Method,” select “Allow Billing”
• The office will process payment with 10% discount when 3 or more from your organization have registered.

 

Certificate and CEU

Each of the three courses will offer CAMLS Certificate and UTSA Continuing Education Units (CEU) upon successful completion.

• Lean Healthcare: A One-day Short Course: 0.7 CEU from UTSA and Lean Healthcare Training Certificate from UTSA
• Lean Services and Office Kaizen: 0.7 CEU from UTSA and Lean Services & Office Kaizen Training Certificate from UTSA.
• Six Sigma - Yellow Belt: 1.4 CEU from UTSA and Six Sigma - Yellow Belt Certificate from UTSA.
